How do I pick up my wine?

To pick up your wine, simply come to 1885 Grill - 4438 Cherokee St, Acworth, GA 30101 according to the pick up time you selected in your customer portal.

What if I don't like my wine?

Please refer to the returns policy.




How do I pay each month?

Your card will be securely kept on file and will be charged automatically on the first of the month. If you have chosen to pay annually then you will be charged annually.




How do I access the wine shop?

Currently we do not offer access to purchase wines outside of the Wine Club Membership.




How do I request a specific wine?

Please send an email to mainstevents@1885grill.com

Things to include in the email:

- Your name

- Wine Club account email

- The wine you would like to try

- Any links to the wine or other information you would like to share





What do I do if there's a billing issue, technical issue or other conflict?
