Send an email to mainstevents@1885grill.com stating your desire to cancel your membership.
To help us process your request efficiently, please include your full name and membership number in the email.
Please note that we require a 45-day notice period for membership cancellation. This means that you must send us your cancellation email at least 45 days before the date you wish to end your membership. This is because we are procuring specialty wines months in advance for our members.
We will continue to charge your card on file on the first of the month until the cancellation process is complete. For example, if you tell us on January 1st that you would like to cancel, you will be billed and sent wine for February as well.
Yes, you can arrange for someone else to pick up your wine by emailing mainstevents@1885grill.com and telling us the following:
- your name
- your account email
- your order number
- the name and email of the person picking up your wine
Wine must be picked up by a person 21+ and must present their ID to receive your wine.
