We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality wines. We understand that there may be instances where you'd like to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the process for these situations.
Returning a Wine
We truly appreciate your business and are here to assist you with any concerns. Our policy does not permit returns on purchases, primarily due to the nature of our products. We understand this might be disappointing and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Change of Mind
We appreciate your adventurous spirit in trying new wines. If you change your mind about a wine you've received, you can exchange it within the same month of purchase. However, the wine must be unopened and in its original condition.
Process for Exchanges
To make an exchange, please email us at mainstevents@1885grill.com. Provide your order number and reason for exchange. We'll respond with next steps.
Restrictions and Exceptions
Please note that we can only accept exchanges of unopened bottles purchased within the same month.
If you are not able to make it to an event, you can gift your ticket to someone else.
Ticket Gifting Process
To gift your ticket please send an email to mainstevents@1885grill.com stating the people's names that will be attending the event in your place.
